When I first started the blog I knew that I wanted it to touch on my love of fashion. I’ve been lucky enough to find myself in a job that doesn’t have a strict dress code (hence the blog moniker), but I also wanted to integrate other things into this space along the way.
I am a very indecisive person. The good thing about this, though, is that I’m always thrilled when I find something new, something sparkly, something beautiful. I may be indecisive, but I’ve found indecision is the ultimate source of inspiration. And that’s where I hope this blog can be a resource.
It’s inevitable that this blog will continue to evolve, encompassing my forays into fashion, design, art, and food – preferably with either garlic, red wine, and cream cheese frosting involved. You’ll find recipes, outfit inspiration, interior design suggestions, color scheme musings, affordable style tips, and much more. Thanks for stopping by!

I work and play in Washington, DC, eating my way through the city, working as an editor at LivingSocial, and exploring every exhibit and gallery I can find. A graduate of the University of Richmond, I’ve never seen a southern city I couldn’t fall in love with. I’m also originally from Baltimore and am a die-hard Ravens fan, put Old Bay on everything, and favor the rolling hills of northern Maryland over the gridlock of DC any day.
