Can you really think of anything more perfect to eat on the first day of summer than shrimp tacos with peach salsa? That’s right, you can’t. So I’ll keep things short and sweet with this week’s installment of summer grilling recipes. The shrimp are just a quick toss in some seasonings; the salsa’s just a quick chop of some fixins; and the tortillas get a minute or two on the grill to warm up right nice and tie everything together.
